Elite Mobile Trading as eSIM Life collects and stores very little personal information.

Name: First and Last | Email | Phone Number | Purchase History | Language

  • The level of Data that can be deleted depends on your interactions with eSIM Life. If no purchases have been made, then eSIM Life can remove ALL data collected above. This will be actioned within 14 days. Requests must be made to info@e-simlife.com . You will receive confirmation when your account has been deleted.
  • You can also request the deletion of your account directly through the eSIM Life App.
  • If purchases have been made through the App or Web, we are legally obliged to maintain a record of these purchases for financial and other regulations. When a request is made to delete an account and financial records (purchases) are tied to it, we agree that your account will be made inactive in the eSIM Life system. Details not required to be stored will also be removed. These will be as follows:
    • Phone Number
    • Language Preference
  • Your account will then be set in a dormant state. You will receive no future communication with eSIM Life, unless you request for the account to be reactivated.
